Abigail Leibowitz
Abby is a prospective Politics major hoping to get a certificate in Values and Public Life. Originally from Israel, she moved to Maryland as a baby and grew up there with her parents and twin brother. She has been dancing ballet, jazz, modern, and contemporary since she was 8, and has most recently trained at CityDance School and Conservatory where she was also a teacher’s assistant. In 2019, she trained at the Alvin Ailey School Summer Intensive with a full scholarship. Other summer intensives she has trained with include Koresh Dance Company, Dance Theater of Harlem, Batsheva Dance Company, and the Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company. On campus she is also a staff writer for the Daily Princetonian, an officer with Whig-Clio, and involved in various service and community initiatives. In her free time, Abby loves to listen to podcasts and Phoebe Bridgers songs, utterly demolish people in backgammon and boggle, and eat Hearts of Palm.
